Chamber members participated in a closed-door dialogue with Ms Grace Fu, Minister for Culture, Community and Youth on 24 July 2018. Minister Fu delivered a keynote address on the role of businesses in helping to build a caring and inclusive society in Singapore.

This was followed by a very lively Q&A session with participants. Discussion topics included existing gender gaps at the workplace, local and foreign workforce integration as well as corporate giving and volunteerism.
