Mastereign is organizing the STEM Racing 2025 National Finals this November, with 25 to 30 participating teams from secondary schools across Singapore. Industry professionals are invited to serve as Judges or Mentors for this national STEM competition. This initiative engages students in real-world applications of automotive engineering, design innovation, enterprise development, and STEM communication. Your participation will make a meaningful impact in nurturing the next generation of innovators.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome expressions of interest from professionals in the fields of:

• Engineering
• Automotive Design
• Business & Marketing
• Education & Training
• Communications
• Other STEM-related sectors

Judging & Mentorship Areas

• Engineering & Scrutineering: Evaluate car design, build quality, technical accuracy, and compliance
• Design Portfolio: Assess documentation, design thinking, and processes
• Enterprise & Branding: Review business plans, sponsorship strategies, and brand identity
• Verbal Presentation: Evaluate the clarity, coherence, and delivery of student presentations
• Pit Display (Finals only): Judge visual appeal and booth setup

Ways You Can Contribute

• Judging: Between 3–14 November and 27–28 November 2025 (assignments based on your availability and expertise)
• Mentorship: Offered virtually or in-person prior to the event; mentors are not required to attend the judging days
