The London School of Business & Finance (LSBF) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional to join our Marketing & Sales team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Performance:
Lead and optimize Google PPC, Social Media ad campaigns, and Google Affiliate briefs to support the sales funnel and drive conversions.
Collaborate with HQ and international teams/agencies to execute high-impact digital campaigns (PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates, Third-Party websites), continuously analyzing performance data to maximize ROI.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to inform campaign strategies and target customer segments effectively.

2. Content Development & Creative Direction:
Design and implement a comprehensive, audience-centric content marketing strategy across multiple platforms (blog, social media, website, EDM).
Craft engaging and persuasive content in both long and short formats that resonate with target audiences.
Oversee the end-to-end production of creative assets, including storyboarding, development, and post-production.
Perform regular website audits to ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with accreditation standards.

3. Communications & Public Relations:
Develop compelling ad copy, speeches, and media materials to enhance brand visibility and messaging.
Support PR efforts through media monitoring, outreach, and the coordination of press releases and events.
Manage media relations for events, including invitations, seating arrangements, and RSVPs.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for the approval and dissemination of key marketing collateral.

4. Project Management & Reporting:
Lead and manage special projects and content-related initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
Provide detailed reports, insights, and strategic recommendations based on the performance analysis of products, channels, and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Google AdWords, Social Media, Google Analytics, CRM, CMS).
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager, Looker Studio, and Google Analytics.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.
A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, SEMrush, Salesforce, and design software is a plus.
