Job Descriptions:
· Ensure the IT systems, facilities and security is of the highest standards and in good working order at all times to facilitate staff work and student learning
· Liaise with external vendors on facilities and/or IT related projects
· Work collaboratively with group IT and technology departments
· Oversee the smooth running and maintenance of school and office facilities
· Ensure good allocation and management of facilities and resources including classrooms
· Timely preparation and maintenance of department budgets, PO and inventory
· Ensure compliance to respective regulatory requirements relating to workplace health and safety and CPE
· Ensure classroom and all learning technology are kept in good operational order for conducive student learning environment
· Ensure compliances to policies and operational procedures relating to environment, facilities, health and safety and IT support
· Review and recommend improvement to existing processes, facilities and/or IT infrastructure.
· Provide operational support to staff, lecturers and students.
Perform regular reviews on policies, processes and procedures.
Job Requirements
· Experience in PEI preferred in a similar capacity is preferred
· Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial capacity
· Highly motivated, good working attitude and strong sense of responsibilities and accountability
· Critical thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills, people and result oriented and willing to take on challenges and drive performance
