The meeting decided to focus on leadership which is required at all levels to co-create and co-sustain a positive workplace culture in every company. The comment was made leadership is not a position it is a series of behaviours. Reference was made to a meaningful Chamber event last year hosted by Bosch and facilitated by Chris and Helena. The meeting decided that we would aim to hold a similar event every two months to maintain momentum, increase learning. Will do this by leveraging our members.
