Following a presentation of several true-life case studies by Co-Chair Ms Sujata Tiwari, CEO of HMZ Pte Ltd, the attendees discussed the possible causes and consequences when one’s mental wellness is affected at home and at the workplace The discussion also explored possible solutions, ranging from the affected party seeking professional help on his or her own; to loved ones or the workplace management intervening to ensure the mental well-being of both the affected party and other family or staff members.
