The Human Capital IG meeting together with members from the Digitalization and Education Services IG learnt and engaged in a lively discussion on the different tech skill sets needed in the digitalization age and how various efforts are put into plugging this skill gaps – including key trends like off shore and remote work, the gig-economy and how collaboration and communication between industry, IHLs and government is critical to ensuring Singapore remain an economic hub.
