Mental Health Matters: Leadership as a Strategic Advantage
Mental health is more than a personal
matter - it is a cornerstone of effective
leadership and sustainable business. As Ms
Tan Su Shan mentioned at last week's
dialogue, CEOs are actually the Chief Energy
Officers in the organization. They emit the
energy |
 |
they want to channel throughout the organization from the top down. How leaders manage their own well-being shapes the energy, resilience, and culture of the organizations they lead.
In observance of World Mental Health Day on 10 October,
the Chamber is hosting an exclusive, closed-door
session: A CEO Dialogue: Be Well to Lead Well as
a Business Strategy.
This dialogue brings together a panel of distinguished
CEOs - Prof Carole-Anne Upton, Deputy Vice-Chancellor,
Singapore, James Cook University; and Mr Ng Tian Chong,
CEO, Singtel Singapore - with Ms Anthea Ong, Founder &
Chairperson, WorkWell Leaders, moderating the session.
They will share candid, real-life experiences on
embedding mental well-being into leadership and business
strategies. Expect valuable and practical insights on
sustaining resilience at the top, building healthier
workplaces, and driving productivity from within.
This event is exclusive to CEs and equivalent leaders.
Seats are limited and will be allocated on a first-come,
first-served basis.
