Dear Members and Friends

Later this week many of us will celebrate Christmas. Like all major festivals it is a time for family and friends, for giving and receiving presents, for feasting and for fun. It is also a religious festival. Sometimes this is forgotten amongst the tinsel, lights and the materialism with which far too many people are enthralled. The true meaning of Christmas is the promise of goodness, of hope, of light and of service to others all personified by a child born over two thousand years ago. 

Our world is in dire need of goodness, hope, light and service to others. This Christmas, let us all pray and wish that leaders everywhere find the grace and the wisdom to serve others not themselves; to lead with dignity, decency, honesty and integrity. To not ride the anger but collaborate to find solutions to problems. To strive to do good and to harm no-one. These are the corporate, political and religious leaders the world needs. These are the leaders companies, voters and the religious organizations should ensure attain power. Everyone has a responsibility to act wisely in order to do and achieve good. 

My team and I wish everyone who celebrates Christmas a joyful celebration with loved ones and friends and a rededication to actioning the real meaning of Christmas every day of the year. We also wish every one of you and your families happy holidays and a restorative break from work.

Enjoy and spread the light. Banish the darkness by your actions every day of the year.
