Dear Members and Friends

As we approach the festive Season, it is time to give thanks. Like anyone who leads a business association, I have a lot of people to thank and am delighted to do so. Everything we deliver depends on the willing collaboration of active members, customers and partners.

My team and I sincerely thank:

• all the members who serve on the Board and in our 11 Interest Groups, who give of themselves and their time because they care and want others to care
• all our speakers, panel members and partners who have worked with us to conceptualize content and events to benefit fellow members and the wider public
• all our generous sponsors for their belief, encouragement and trust in me and my team to deliver and
• all our Certification customers for their support

Last, but in no way least, I want to thank my exceptional team for the optimal teamwork we have built and enjoy and which gets better and better as the months and years pass. You make all the difference and you, and everyone we thank in this message, have my admiration, appreciation, gratitude and respect.
