Dear Members and Friends

LGO stands for Life Goes On despite all the organizational and economic disruption caused by Covid-19. A big part of LGO is sustaining business which means sustaining leaders and their teams. The best way to do that is by facilitating continual learning.

It was so encouraging to hear the financial support for training in Budget 2020 both for SME leaders and all workers. It was particularly satisfying to hear the support for older workers.

Ageism is one of the worst ailments in our workforce and society. Every company, every hiring manager and every recruiter must stamp it out. Only then will people be assessed as they should be for a job on their character, competencies, potential and skills not on age, gender, race or anything else. #endageism #endlazyhiring.

So, keep well, keep learning and facilitate learning for others. There’s plenty of support available.
