Dear Members and Friends

As you know, we held an event last month on Workplace Safety and Health (WSH). We considered this vital business risk from the legal, insurance and security perspectives. We did this because, like many people, we are concerned at the number of workplace accidents in Singapore.

This is why we are very happy to support the level 1 Workplace Safety and Health Council's (WSHC's) bizSAFE capability programme on 20 September 2018 from 9.30am to 12.30pm, developed to help companies meet statutory requirements.

The programme provides an overview of the requirements under the WSH Act and the obligations of employers. Most importantly, the programme will focus on the need for commitment from management teams at all levels to cultivate and sustain workplace safety.

The programme will also include coverage on SGSecure.

WSHC is offering the workshop to all Chamber members free of charge. Click here to register and to keep your workplace safe, healthy and secure. It just makes sense.
