When we started this weekly e-newsletter 200 issues ago some of us were worried. What happens if we have nothing to say or share each week, we pondered? We needn't have worried. There's always so much to share with you!

The recently announced planned merger between Grab and Uber hit the headlines and hit them again when the proposed merger was investigated by the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore.

It is a real concern for businesses as to what this means in terms of both competition and consumer law enforcement going forward.

We always strive to bring you topical and relevant events and we've done it again! Leading experts from international law firm Ashurst will provide their perspectives on this topic of competition and regulation on 18 July 2018.
