As you know, SICC champions competency-based recruitment because it is the fair and just way to recruit. It is also the most productive and saves time and money for all concerned.
It is very encouraging to hear that more companies practise this method of recruiting. Our Human Capital Committee has worked to co-create a template for businesses and for the recruiters they use. Many thanks to them for their time and to e2i for its collaborative input.
