Digitalisation is on everyone’s mind. What does it all mean? How can I use it to grow my business? What data do I need and how do I analyse it to better lead my teams? These are all question every business of every size is asking today.

Last week we had two great learning sessions on the application of digitalisation. Dr Wolfgang Baier, Group CEO Luxasia helmed a roundtable on the opportunities which digitalisation brings to brand owners and retailers.

The next day, we hosted Dr Jaclyn Lee, Senior Director Human Resources & Organisation Development, Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) on how data and technology now create the employee experience, revolutionise Human Resource, broaden perspectives and keep minds open.

We will be continuing this theme on 3 August.  Mr Leslie Loh, serial entrepreneur, principal and founder of Lithan will use his business as a case study of how digital transformation can leverage SkillsFuture to advance change management and achieve positive results.  Click here to join this session.
