Attracting a diverse workforce has become a top business priority, particularly because research has shown that companies who embrace diversity produce far better results than their peers. However, the challenge that business leaders face is being able to keep their workforce in an inclusive environment.

For your Chamber’s first Women in Leadership Series event of the year, we were privileged to have Ms Catherine Hall, General Manager, Marine, of Shell Chemicals, engage members on this topic. Catherine shared her experience supporting and driving inclusive behaviours in her work environment and suggested 8 tips to achieve inclusive leadership:
