Mr Vinod Kumar, Managing Director and Group CEO of Tata Communications, a leading provider of digital infrastructure services globally, was our guest speaker on 20 November 2018.

Drawing insights from his wealth of leadership experience and his company’s own transformation journey, Vinod spoke about leading through change. He shared that teams will only embrace change when they understand what it means for their customers and for themselves, have visibility of measurable outcomes or milestones, and have faith in their leaders. Successful change also requires humility, alignment, agility, orchestrated ‘perfect storms’ and the right amount of time. He emphasized that the goals and outcomes we set should be dramatic but we should have patience when it comes to the change process.
