Mr. Grant Bosnick, Managing Director of YES Consultant, Executive Coach, shared with members some observations of the current trends in Marketing amidst Covid-19. Members engaged in an interactive session, sharing their respective experiences and views on marketing activities in which they carry out. This was followed by a discussion session amongst members. Key learning points include the need to have compassion, the authenticity to learn and consider long term engagement and collaboration plans in order to thrive and succeed in the new norm.
