The first of a series of webinars addressing IP issues and questions, Meryl Koh, Director of Drew & Napier’s Intellectual Property (IP) and Dispute Resolution departments, presented in a webinar titled “IP101 – Introduction to Intellectual Property – Rights, Protection, Enforcement” on 12 March 2021. The session was moderated by Tony Grundy, Co-Chair of SICC’s Legal Services Interest Group, also Of Counsel of Mori Hamada & Matsumoto (Singapore). Meryl gave a practical and succinct overview of the different types of IP and how to protect/enforce each of them, allowing junior lawyers not specialised in IP to be bettter acquainted with it.
