Members of both Interest Groups had a productive dialogue on the learning curve for employees of organisations as well as the roles in which Private Education Institutions play. Discussions were also based on the need to constantly change the learning needs and to adapt to industry transformation. Soft skills are a critical component for core competency of employees within organisations.
