Ms. Christophane Foo, Executive Director, Human Capital, Enterprise Singapore (ESG) and Mr. D N Prasad, Ex-Google HR Director, shared with members the growth opportunities both in the SMEs and Start up space. This lies in having mentor founders, business owners, next generation leaders in strategic HR management provide guidance to small businesses and start ups. This was followed by an engaging discussion on the level of interests from individuals of fellow member companies as well as potential collaborations with ESG. Members then discussed further on the output from the Interest Group for the remaining year.
