Ms. Mallika Kripalani, Director, The Conscious Zone LLP, shared with members the overview of mental wellbeing faced by many individuals and organisations alike, outlining its key objectives and initiatives. This was followed by discussions that focus on the output and sharing by members to tackle the mental wellbeing of individuals ahead of the next meeting to be held on 15 Oct 2020.
