Mr. Vijayan Munusamy, Head of Research of the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI), shared with members a newly launched research work on ‘Human Capital Prisms’, comprising of Ambidexterity, Agility, Appreciative Inquiry and Authenticity. With this comes four realities of human capital leadership and its relevant paradigms. Members then engaged in discussions on the research concept and its application to the workplace. This was followed by further discussions on initiatives for 2020.
