Members were pleased to have Mr. Toby Ruckert, Chief Executive Officer, share with them on how humans and AI interact and how we could create more value from the partnership. He shared with members some of the elements on the progress of AI in today’s environment and how we could best utilise it. This was followed by discussions on focus areas and initiatives for 2020.
