Members were pleased to have Mr. Amine Kamel, Vice President Urban Mobility of Bosch Southeast Asia, present on urban mobility challenges and solutions. Amine highlighted the rapid transformation of mobility and transport in the region, and how effective solutions such as autonomous vehicles and electrification of two wheelers could resolve increasing urban challenges such as land scarcity, pollution and traffic congestion. Following the presentation, members discussed on the implementation of autonomous vehicles in Singapore and how transportation could be transformed in the near future. Members also discussed ideas for subsequent meetings including thought leadership topics and initiatives for ASEAN.
