Dialogue with MOM and TAFEP

What you should know about the Watchlist and Human Capital Partnership Programme

Singapore now has 1.5 times more companies on the MOM Watch List than a year ago. This is troubling because it suggests that more companies are not respecting the letter and spirit of the Fair Consideration Framework. This is why the watch list is a key topic for this year’s annual dialogue with MOM and TAFEP. Join us on 29 June to obtain answers to the following questions: -

• How do companies end up on the watch list?
• What does being on the watch list mean for companies and
• How do companies get themselves off the watch list?

Our guest speakers from MOM will answer these questions and put the watch list in the overall context of the Fair Consideration Framework.

Another topic will be how TAFEP and MOM can support firms that are committed to progressive human capital practices. Our guest speaker from TAFEP will share the details and benefits to companies and employees of the Human Capital Partnership Programme.
